I was very pleased with the quality of work when they installed my new HVAC system during the snow storms of 2015. Unfortunately, mine broke right in between and it took a week to get the machine since the suppliers in Raleigh were closed, but they got to me as quickly as possible and did a very thorough job making sure that everything was perfect with my new system. I chose them because they are one of the certified mechanics for Duke Energy so I can get a rebate. They will continue to be my provider (hopefully since it’s a brand new unit, I won’t need them often) because they had great customer service (thanks Megan and Dan) and worked with me on getting me the best pricing and financing options that fit my needs.
